GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1 - it must be established a booking by site.
2 - only the booking and its double fill with precision is considered
valid, because it provides all elements permitting to consider the booking.
3 - the definitive decision of the acceptance or the refusal of the booking
depends only on the Camping of the lake that doesn't have to provide the reason of it.
4 - this confirmation of booking is consecutive to the acceptance of the
following conditions:
A) Deposit and booking: 100 euros. The deposit will be deducted of your
expenses of stay. Expenses of booking in charge of the Claimant:
15 euros. The amount of the deposit and the expenses of bookings
should be acquitted to the Camping of the lake and joined to the booking.
B) The confirmation of the booking and the acknowledgment
these sums are sent after agreement by the Camping of the lake.
C) The deposit is not deducted of the invoice that if the dates
foreseen on the booking were respected
D) The definitive site will be determined by the Camping of the lake
the day of the arrival.
E) The rented site is at the service the day of arrival from 12 hs,
it must be freed the day foreseen of the departure before 12 hs.
F) Annulment: in case of annulment less than one month before the date of arrival,
the sum remains acquired to the Camping of the lake.
G) Method of payment: by banking or postal check, checks vacations,
species or bank transfer to the order of the Camping of the lake 09400 MERCUS.

H) All camper is held to conform to arrangements of the réglement
interior of the camping.
I) Electricity: this one can only be provided to the equipped trailers
in accordance with the norms.
J) Animals: they must be held in leash and be up to date of vaccinations
(vaccine antirabique).
6 - all reserved site, non occupied in the 24 hours according to the
day of arrival foreseen by a written booking, will be distributed to a has
other claimant. This rule will be applied strictly.
